Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

  • All orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5 in the United States
  • Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping in the United States

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges incurred for redelivery or address corrections are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs delays.
